What (types of) personal data will be collected? The information collected, including personal and non-personal data, are the following: name, affiliation and e-mail address.

For what purposes will the personal data be used? The information is required to engage with interested stakeholders (e.g. invite to events, send newsletters about the project).

What is the legal basis for the processing? The data subjects are invited to provide their personal information through an online form. The legal basis for this processing operation is consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing an e-mail to the following address: moser@rtd-services.com 

Who is responsible for the data processing? The Controller for this processing operation is the MICROBE Consortium.

Who are the recipients of the personal data? MICROBE Consortium members - LINK.

Will the personal data be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area without an adequate level of data protection? Data will not be provided or transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.

For how long will the personal data be stored? Data will be stored for four years project duration and two years post-project.

How will the personal data be protected? Information will be stored on a password-protected server. Only authorised members of the MICROBE Consortium will have access to the information.
